Enterprise Information Infrastructure

This course is focused on enterprise infrastructure and integration technology. Course presents different approaches to enterprise architecture and modern solutions of information infrastructure problems. Course’s topics cover strategies that help large enterprises to increase the agility of their IT systems. Covering both a business and architectural view, these strategies aim to promote the implementation of an IT infrastructure that can serve as a base for the development of truly flexible business processes.
Course materials, practical examples and exercises provide information on most important aspects of modern infrastructure solutions:

  • Enterprise portal technology, including collaboration and knowledge management

This course is focused on datawarehouse technology. Course’s topics covers concepts and principles behind datawarehouse solutions, examines business demand for analytical applications and modern trends in their development, comparison of modern OLAP and OLTP system.
The course is intended to provide strong understanding of multi-dimensional modeling technics, technical realization of metadata objects – characteristics, keyfigures, infocubes, operational data store, persistent staging area.
Course materials, practical examples and exercises provide information on most important aspects of modern datawarehouse solutions:

In Corporate Networks course students will learn how to perform the conceptual, intermediate, and detailed design of a network infrastructure that supports desired network solutions over network services to achieve effective performance, scalability, and availability.
Students will learn the fundamental aspects of internal and edge network design, network management, high availability, security, quality of service (QoS), and IP multicast. In addition, students will be able to design solutions for the network that are strategic to small, medium, and large enterprises, including virtual private networking, wireless, and IP telephony.
Before taking Corporate Networks course, learners should be familiar with internetworking technologies studied in course "Computer Networks and Data Transmission Systems".
Practical training addresses the following learner's skills:

The basic training on relational data design, processing and output in ERP system is the key goal of this course. Understanding of ABAP 4GL language is provided emphasizing those features that bring effective and user-friendly ERP functionality.
